Recently, the situation for quality safety of Agricultural products is quite grim, which relates to various aspects from farm to table, namely from farmer to consumer. Among these the issue of safety results from applying plant protection technology has been concerned widely and becomes the global hotspot. Now the related researches progress gradually. It is obvious that these researches are most based on plant protection, but the appliances of social sciences were scarcely, especially in the research on interaction among actors' behaviors, which deserves further research. The actors of plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products interact with each other, which not only affect the benefits of farmer, consumer and government, but also contribute to the overall situation in construction of new rural and harmonious society. There are importantly academic and practical values, as well as disciplinary significance on economics of plant diseases in this research. Applying game theory to this program, which can help people find special and effective views of research, provide reference to actors' decision-making and behaviors. Furthermore, this research results can enrich the academic system of plant protection and food science. At the same time, it can prompt to develop the discipline of economics of plant diseases.Based on the relationship between plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products, we found the point combined game theory with this research through systematical analysis on characters of the actors' behaviors and their interaction. Furthermore, the behaviors of actors between plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products are discussed with the related theory and methods of game theory to find the game equilibrium. Finally, Pareto Improvement on the actors' behaviors of plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products are presented.Part 1, introduction, mainly demonstrate the significance and background, research methods and technical routine, research contents and goals, feature and novelty of this research subject. Then, the general situation of this research is outlined. Part 2, based on the issues of plant protection which can affect quality safety of Agricultural products, analyzes the relationship between plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products through two facets, the effects of plant protection technology to quality safety of Agricultural products and quality safety of Agricultural products to plant protection technology. Research results show that quality safety of Agricultural products and plant protection technology have close relationship. On the one hand, plant protection technology is greatly important to quality safety of Agricultural products, on the other hand, quality safety of Agricultural products can lead plant protection technology to various sequences. This part is the basis to further research. Part 3, through analysis on the function of man-made factor of the system and demonstration on actors' decision-making and behaviors of plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products, induces the game theory and discusses the significance of applying game theory to this program, which lead this research to the further. Research results show that man-made factor has greatly important role in the system of plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products, and actors behaviors interact with each other. Part 4 and 5 analyze the actors' behaviors of plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products with static and dynamic game theory respectively, not only including completion information game, but also including incompletion information game; not only including both sides game, but also including many actors game; not only including finite times game, but also including infinite times game. Results of game analysis indicate that farmer decision-making of production directly depends on the factors such as the demands of consumer and technology improvement; Consumer decision-making of purchasing is relate to farmer supply; The honest degree and positional equality may affect the overall situation of plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products; Government decision-making and behaviors incline to consumer; Farmer adoption of sustainable plant protection technology is the premise of government achieving more benefits, and decides the reality rationality of Nash Equilibrium of both sides game; To encourage farmer to adopt the sustainable plant protection technology, government should violate from individual rationality sometimes, and increasingly support farmer appropriately, in order to adjust the Nash Equilibrium which is more rational; Fanner produces the agri-food of non-social effects of pollution and consumer purchase it, which is the Nash Equilibrium of the infinite times and repeatedly game. According to the research result above, part 6 discusses Pareto Improvement on the actors' behaviors of plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products from five factors, such as building up equal and rational institution or game regulation, forming the strong demanding trend based on marketing, reinforcing the momentum of devotion to sustainable plant protection technology based on science and technology improvement, integrating vertically the chain of providing plant protection technology, pushing regional and sustainable plant protection pattern.Characteristics and novelty of this research are combination of research methods and objects, namely the actors' behaviors of plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products is discussed by game theory. Based on the research results, some measures and advices are provided in this paper, such as Pareto Improvement on the actors' behaviors between plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products. Besides, research paper about the relationship between plant protection technology and quality safety of Agricultural products is absent. But behaviors and their interaction are studied with system theory from the views of interdisciplinary in this thesis.
