The Electrical Commerce's Model Research Of Electrical Medical Record

The paper introduces foreign and domestic status quo of Electrical Medical Record (EMR) firstly, and it indicates that EMR should come true by Electrical Commerce (EC).After analyzing domestic EMR, they did more research on how to operate EMR, what problems about EMR and how to resolve these problems in some hospitals. There is few research on how to share about EMR, and it is the blank space. But there is large real and economical value if EMR can be shared all over the country, it is one trend. If that lots of money and complex technology would be needed. So the government has the capacity to come true it, but in the beginning it needs much money, then updating also needs much money and people after building.The paper tries to find one reasonable economical efficiency way to come true the sharing from the angle of commerce. Based on kinds of EC models the EMR database model is proposed. EMR can be shared all over the country by this model and the paper suggests some advice to assure to operate the model. There is some profit model in it, and some policies are put forward to assuring to the operation of the model in the end.
