A Study On Regional Innovation System

The regional innovation system is a hot topic recently. With the development of knowledge economy, the economic connection and cooperation are closer and closer. There is a close and complicated relationship between different objects. In the regional network, different objects specialize in different field. Objects can communicate and learn from each other to create a regional knowledge innovating and sharing mechanism, which will enlarge the storage of knowledge and satisfy the demand of new knowledge.This paper analyses the connection and mutual effect between regional knowledge sharing and regional knowledge transfer, knowledge innovation, regional knowledge management. By means of technical transfer, movement of human resource, team study and information sharing, regional knowledge sharing creates a favorable environment for innovation and for the accumulation of innovation.According to the trait of regional innovation system and knowledge, this paper creates an innovation model which analyzes how the regional knowledge sharing influences the regional innovation system. According to the conclusion and theory, this paper brings up three principles to create a regional knowledge sharing mechanism: object-oriented, the combination of government guidance and spontaneity, the combination of centralization and decentralization. Moreover, several suggestions are made for the promotion of regional knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation.
