Study On The Developing Of Changchun' CEE

Follows the world economics globalization and integrated development, Convention and Exhibition Industry (CEI) is developing very quickly and growing strongly. The status in economic is obvious gradually. The Convention and Exhibition Industry (CEI) is becoming an important part in the third industry with its unequalled and irreplaceable function and its new image.Changchun is a provincial capital in the middle area of our country, there has been have some foundation and condition for the development of Convention and Exhibition Industry (CEI). In order to the CEI grows healthy, we should provide scientific guidance. So, the study for Convention and Exhibition economic (CEE) of Changchun is useful and practical.The paper has six parts in sum.In the first part, It gives an introduction to the basic concepts of the Convention and Exhibition Industry, analysis the theory foundation of regional economics for CEI development, then summarize the function and the characteristic of CEI.In the second part ,the paper will point out the development history, present situation and trends of the Convention and Exhibition Industry both at home and abroad. analysis the convention and exhibition industry which in the developed district and city ,such as Europe, North America, Southeast Asia , Beijing, Guangzhou and Dalian .In the third chapter, the paper introduced the history and present of Changchun'CEI, it contains economic data, feature and questions, etc. it will emphasis on the CEI'influence for the overall economy of Changchun.In the forth part, the author analysis the macroscopic pattern about our country'CEI, after learn the advantage, disadvantage, opportunity and threat of Changchun'CEI, expound the localization of Changchun'CEE .Part five is going to gave some advise to the development of Changchun'CEE. Explicit its goal and direction at first, then propose some suggestion from the aspects of policy, environment, operation system, infrastructure and human resource management, etc.In the last chapter, the author made the conclusion of the paper and gave the forecast of the study.
