| This thesis discussed the high-tech new business how to build up company core value and mission system, by using management theories and over ten years work experience in Human Resource. High-tech new business has become the engine of economic development, in the age of rapidly moving away from an industrial economy to a knowledge-based one. Increasing numbers of young people are choosing entrepreneurship as a career rather than joining the ranks of the pin-striped masses in major corporations. Because of their limited resources, inexperience management, they often must face the pressure of competitive environment and effective management of employee with good education background.This research discussed employee structure and failure rate and chief problem in the new business, analyzed them by using methods of case studies and company survey. This research put forward the right core value and mission system which can help a new business compete more effectively, and find model of long-term development. After case study, It put forward the structure of core value and mission system and 7 steps to abstract core value and mission and key issues of building up the system. |
