This dissertation mainly expatiates the application of the project management theories, especially the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques of the scope, scheduling, risk, quality and human resources management in the process of mobile product's development and promotion. The method and experience of the project management knowledge system application in the process of the mobile product development are also summarized in the article, which is of great benefit to raise our work of mobile product research and development.
