Study On Evaluation Of Water Conservation Society

Based on the reviewed newly research results, this dissertation firstly present the main contents and method which should be resolved in water resources development, and then focus on the issues of evaluation of water conservation society.The elemental theory, which the evaluation of water conservation society are based on, are analyzed. The water resources-economy-society-ecological environment system is a complex-huge system consisting of water resources system, economic social system, and ecological environment system. Based on the analysis of the system, according to the definition about water conservation society of the Ministry of water conservancy, the mostly influencing factors are studied and the evaluation index system are established. The index system is made up of water resources indexes, water conservation development indexes, economic social indexes, ecological environment indexes. In this indexes, fully consideration is given to the indicators that could reflect precipitation, climate, land area, population in different regions. PCA(Principal Component Analysis), AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) and FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation) methods are compared. AHP method is employed to value the total goal of water conservation society in all regions. It is found that the results are satisfactory.
