Competitive advantage is the pivot of strategy management research. For there source of competitive advantage, there are different views depend on different theories. Some theories explain the advantage resource by industry structure, some pay attention to the rare resource occupied by organizations. As the speed of changes of the competitive environment is getting more rapid, the dynamic capability theory based on evolvement are getting more attention from scholars, more and more fruits are emerging. However, china's enterprises were just come through the great changes of policy, technology, market and society, during the past 20 years. They will still have to face this kind of rapidly-changing environment in the future, under the background of information society and globalization. The sustainable competitive advantage in dynamic environment will be the focus of theories and practices.This article take the present mainstream dynamic ability theory as a foundation, through the fundamental research, from the strategic management basic logic analysis and in the correlation theory review, established has contained the appraisal ability, the disposition ability and the learning capability dynamic ability structure. Take the dynamic ability structure as the foundation, has proven the dynamic ability is continues the competitive advantage the origin. After that, through the new market development, the organization transformation and the technical innovation, has further discussed the tentative plan which constructs based on the innovation dynamic ability with the concrete way.This paper divides all contexts into four chapters. Chapter1 describes the background, objective, content, and innovativeness of this study, Chapter2 proposes the concept of dynamic capability framework through an analysis of the capability-forming process and strategy management, combining with an analysis of the character of environment and a case review. Chapter3 points out the idea of dynamic capability which takes innovation as the guidance formation. Chapter4 discuss the approach to dynamic capability which takes innovation as the guidance formation. .
