Recently, there are lots of researches to analyze the relationship betweenthe real estate and ecological environment.It has been bringing tremendous influence to ecosystem in the process of real estatedevelopment and management in Guangzhou, for example the land resources, energy, the waterresources and city environment etc... Based on a great lot of data and documents, this papermeasures the sustainable development of the real estate in Guangzhou. The process of analysis isas follows: it sets up the evaluation system and then adopts the effect coefficient method to makethe dates standardized; finally, it measures the sustainable development of the real estate. Bypositivism analysis, this paper considers that real estate is medium sustainable development inGuangzhou and the ecological environment is destroyed seriously.
