A Study On Intensified Utilization Of Urban Land

At the present time, the process of urbanization of our country is in the stage of accelerating, and the construction land using of city development is. expanding rapidly, the condition of wild use of urban land is common, which aggravate the man land contradiction. Because of the lack of land resource, the urbanization economic growth mode have to face the change from extensive mode to intensive mode inevitably. So the analysis of intensive use of urban land is very important, not only from the view of the protection of land resource, the development of city and the reasonable allocation of urban land, but also from the view of optimization of the economic growth mode.This thesis based on the learning from the related theories and research methods of the intensive use of urban land home and abroad, definite the conception and connotation of the intensive use of urban land, and from the view of influencing factors on the intensive use of urban land, establish a macro-evaluating index system and micro-evaluating index system of the intensive use of urban land. Then take YiChang city as an example, through the determination of the reasonable value of various index, quantization of index and it' s measurement and calculation, it can drew the conclusion of comprehensive scores of the intensive use of urban land, calculate the .various land use potential, and give some suggestions on the improvement of intensive use of land.This thesis is divided into five chapters to analysis the intensive use of urban land:The first chapter is an introduction, which summarizes the research background,objective,significance,a review of studies at home and abroad and the main research methods.Chapter two analysis the conception .and connotation of the intensive use of urban land, and introduce the basic theories of the intensive use of urban land.Chapter three analysis the current situation and the problem of the urban land intensive use,and find out the cause of the no-intensive use of urban land.In chapter four, by analysing the principle of the influencing factors and index on the intensive use of urban land, establish a macro-evaluating index system and micro-evaluating index system, then determinate a evaluating standard and methods.Chapter five puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about carrying out the intensive use of urban land. Chapter six take YiChang city as, an example, analysis the present situation and characteristics of land using in YiChang city. By using the evaluation index system of intensive use of land, evaluate the YiChang urban land from two aspects on macroscopic and microcosmic, also, .calculate the intensive use potential of YiChang city by this model.Chapter seven has aimed at the actual situations of Yichang city and the reaserch conclusion, then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about carrying out the intensive use of urban land.
