A Study On Great Routeway Construction And Land Resources Adjustment And Control Of Nantong City

The giant avenue refers to a network of infrastructures for massive communications, with Sutong Yangtze River Bridge as the head connected by such high-grade highways as Ningqi Highway, River-Side Highway and Coastal Highway as well as Ningqi Railway and Ningxinchang Railway, etc.The most prominent in the construction of giant avenue and the economic development along the line in China is that our not having sufficiently realized the effects the construction of giant avenue has on the allocation of production and land use leads to many faults in our work.Through analyzing the economic significance of transportation, the thesis expounds that the essence of the guiding effect infrastructure construction has on the land use pattern and its space structure is that is that it reduces transportation cost. This paper has made analysis of the basic situation of land utilization, present status of economic development, the supply of grade-one land market, the reserved resources of cultivated land and the changes of the structure of land utilization in the city of Nantong. It is believed that future economy in Nantong will keep developing at a high speed.In addition, the interaction between transport and land use is analyzed from the point of view of systematic engineering. Considering the realities of Nantong city, this thesis put forward the co-planning of control in the utilization of land resources in Nantong. The paper has pointed out limited land resources must be utilized scientifically, reasonably and integratedly, so as to gain the greatest speed of economic development at the minimum cost of farmland.
