| Exploiting and utilizing mineral resources make great contributions to the development of economy and society .But ,at this same time it has great effects on the ecological environment of mineral areas ,and it is polluting and destroying more seriously .These problems have more severe effects on human being's producing and exists ;The people attach much more importance to how to treat exploiting and utilizing mineral resources ,and hope to find the causes of these problems from the deeper aspects and find the ways to solve these problems .This article is based on this view and analyzes these problems and the ethical source of these problems .This article researches these questions under the guide of ethical concepts and thinks them from the view of philosophy and put forward the solutions to them .The article grasps the topics of exploiting and utilizing mineral resources, mineral resources sustainable development. Through analyzing and talking about them, the article puts forward feasible suggestions .Through solving the problems human beings can attain the goal of inter-generation just distribution and generation just distribution and solve the problems of environment and social security brought by this ,and therefore perform the social sustainable development perfectly .This article is divided into four chapters to discuss the related question of exploiting and utilizing mineral resources:The first chapter introduces the significance and present situation of exploiting and utilizing mineral resources.The second chapter states the problems of exploiting and utilizing mineral resources: the problems of safety production and social safety, the problems of environment and distribution.In the third chapter the author puts forward ethical princles: safety principle, safeguarding ecological environment principle and just principle.In the forth chapter the author puts forward the corresponding treatment of the above problems from the ethical aspects and material technological aspects. |
