Along with the economical development, the city enhances to the harmonious ecological environment request.Landscape design industry's importance has been increasingly recognized.The landscape design profession competition is intense day by day between companies, enterprise's competition will certainly cause the competition of the human resources. FY company took a knowledge intensity the specialized design company and must survive the development in the market competition, it must establish a set of effective achievements examination and critique system, in order to objectively survey and appraise designers' achievements.It has the practical significance to mobilize designers' enthusiasm and creative company core competitive power.This article first studied and summarized the achievements inspection, the knowledge staff achievements inspection correlation theories, which has established the theory platform of paper research.Then,the paper investigate and describe the present situation of designer achievements examination and critique in the FY company, the paper analyzes company's status and the problems.For example, the examination and assessment has the contents of a single, examination and assessment has strong subjectivity, examination and assessment has not clear purpose and FY design company has lack of examination and assessment' system and so on.Furthermore, the paper rests on the problem in view of the assessment, the research designs a set of personnel performance assessment system, including the system design goal and the principle, the assessment object and the main body establishment, the index system construct, the performance assessment model construct Weighted estimation matrix and so on. The paper finally also designs the personnel achievements examination and critique implementation main point and the necessary measure has carried on the discussion. The studying achievement of paper has a reference value to the building-up personnel performance assessment system of FY company's designer, its conclusion also have a model significance to build and improve the designer's performance assessment system of the same kind enterprise The paper designs the process of the index system construct for designers in FY company,the system constructs the process synthesis to utilize the KPI, the MBO, the BEI, the AHP and so on, the research has studied thoroughly.
