Study On Trust In Cooperative Process Of Enterprise And Supplier

Along with the progressively market competitiveness, competitive environment of enterprise arises great changes in 21 century, which challenge to traditional management pattern. Supply chain and its management adapt to this need ,at the same time,with incessantly exhibiting its competitive advantage and superiority of enterprise. Supply chain management is an integration of management, and it emphasizes collaboration among enterprises. From the late stage of 1990 to today, scholars paid great attention to partner relationship in supply chain management. But these studies usually insist on technology and process, studies do not attach importance to trust which is a fatal factor of partner relationship in supply chain.There are not only reciprocal economic interests but also some conflict in part among enterprises in supply chain. The important task of supply chain research is to cooperate with cooperative relationship and build trust relationship in enterprises of supply chain. In our country, the research of partner relationship of supply chain is still in the early stage, and the practice is not satisfied. There is less research in this field, so the comprehensive and systemic research is unavoidable for theory and industry. Based on this background, this study systematic researched on trust in cooperative process of enterprise and supplier.Through this paper, firstly, raised the problem of this research, summarized the relative theory both in-and-out, build up the background as a basis; and then defined the definition, character and types of supply chain; thirdly, summed up the researching model which analyze factors of trust built in enterprises and supplier, and the model analyze the level of trust influence the performance. Through SPSS analysis, the hypotheses was tested by analysis, and totally got the conclusion; at last, raised some advice for management.
