The Research On Design The Organizational Structure Of Changchun Gas Co.,Ltd.

This paper analyzed the organization framework of ChangChun gas Ltd.. Basing on its developing properties, strategy plan, external environment, and corporate culture, this paper described a new organization framework for ChangChun gas Ltd. to define the relationship of branch-organization and headquarters, and to establish effective corporate monitor system.The goals of the study are to control and use resources effectively, to improve the dominate ability of Changchun gas Ltd. , and to enhance its core competitiveness.Basing on re-designing the organization framework of Changchun gas Ltd., this study used the theory of organization to guide the corporation to configure and use resources, to distribute right effectively, to realize effect actively, and to enhance its core competitiveness.According to the study of organization framework of ChangChun Ltd., this paper concluded a new organization framework and provided a set of diagnostic approaches and programs of organization framework, and summarized the precaution items of organization design. The author hoped the results of the paper be useful references for other business organizations.
