In the parent and subsidiary company, the problem of salary incentive mechanism for the subsidiary company operator is the core question of agent,also is the universal enterprise management problem.specially to the state-owned enterprise for its appointment of the subsidiary company and lacking the compatibility of salary incentive mechanism.This article takes HT Corporation which is state-owned large-scale controling company as the research object,chooses the HT Corporation's subsidiary company operator salary incentive as research purpose,intending to solve the problem of the subsidiary company operator's salary incentive mechanism.Through the investigation into HT Corporation's the subsidiary company operator's salary incentive mechanism, discovered some problems which exists in the salary incentive mechanism: the unreasonable salary structure, unscientific salary standard, the unreasonable inspection mechanism,and so on.Based on the designing goal and principle, redesign the HT Corporation subsidiary company operator salary system.The system mainly contents four aspects: foundation incentive, the short-term incentive, the long-term incentive, safeguard incentive.also we apply the system.Finally, we proposed the corresponding necessary security measures from the two aspects:the tactics and the strategy.Based on the research for the case, hoped to seek the general rule of design of company operator's salary incentive mechanism and the way of establishing this system in the state-owned enterprise.
