Talant competition is one of the most important factors of the competitions between the entripises. To recruit the qualified and excellent candidates within the certain timeframs is the target for the human resource professionals and the pursuit for the hiring mangers and top management.Below are the major topics and the meanings of this research for each HR professional:To attract the suitable & qualified candidates within the limited resourceTo validate the cost-effectiveness of the recruiting channelsTo improve the hiring effectiveness and reduce the hiring costingTo reduce the short-term attrition rate for the newly hire employees.The hiring evaluation is an essential procedure in whole recruitment process which can review and reduce the potential losts on the unneccessary expense. This thesis is to analyze the recruiting costs, cost-effectiveness and 6-months attrition rate in terms of the different channels by exploring the recruiting data from July 2005 to June 2007. Upon analysis, it is helpful to establish the effective recruiting channels and recruiting system to attract, select and train the local talents for multinational companies.
