The thesis , based on a local power company HJ ,studies the establishment and implementation of the supply chain management, analysis supply chain management status quo of HJ company, points out the main problems in the supply chain management of HJ Companies, makes in-depth discussion on the supplier management, manufacturing operations management, and continuous improvement strategies and raise several effective supply chain management strategy such as breakdown of suppliers, production delays, inventory management, quality management, and so on.This thesis is divided into six chapters, the first chapter review the status and development trends of supply chain management at home and abroad; chapter II analysis the basic situation of the HJ company, discuss the implementation of the supply chain management in HJ company, figure out the main problems in HJ Company supply chain management , such as production planning, inventory management and quality management, and talk about HJ company should implement supply chain management urgently; the third chapter discuss the company's purchasing and supply management strategy, and then discuss HJ company how to assess, select and develop suppliers by using breakdown method to developed a corporate procurement strategy.
