With the electricity further development of market-oriented reform,the bidding mechanisms will set up between the power generation business more competitive,especially in recent years,the price growth of coal-fired in power generation enterprises,generate the development of enterprises and even the survival very difficult of all.These show that getting a firm foothold in the increasingly competitive generation market,in-depth analysis and evaluation are very important for generating the competitiveness of enterprises.In competitive power evaluation for generation enterprise,the precision of index weight determines the accuracy of the result in evaluation;the index weight is determined accurately by analytic hierarchy process in the essay and the evaluation result is calculated by making use of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation law,in which three different methods are used in evaluating the item and the methods have different advantages;at last the three result are synthesized so that we acquire the more reasonable evaluation result;Based on the evaluation results,identify the power of enterprise production and management inadequacies,and then adjust their development strategy to better meet market demand,so that enterprises have better prospects for the development,the text will show the example for this methods efficient.
