The Countermeasure & Research Of Safety Management Problem On Non-coal Mine

Safety is the ultimate guarantee of mining corporation's stable,persistent,and fast developing,and safety is of great importance in mines.However,mine accidents do occur frequently recent years ,it has always been a thorny problem to our county's administration of mine safety work . In order to illuminate the occurrence mechanism of non-coal mine accident,and to provide guidance for the administration of non-coal mine safety accident,this paper analyze the causation of our county's non-coal mine accidents and the role which man plays in safety production based on the accident-causing theory and the real condition of non-coal mine accident in our county , and finally proposes safety management countermeasure.The paper uses literature research method ,qualitative analysis research method etc. It analyzes the problem existing in our county's safety production sufficiently,investigates the internal and overseas present actuality of safety mangement, introduces what is safety,what is accident particularly,and makes a research on the accident-causing theories. The paper analyzes the role man plays in accidents,researches man;s behavior and the causations based on analyzing and comparing the accident-causing theories. Proposes safety management countermeasure method,including science and technology inputing,safety education training and inspriting. It is reslly a reasonable and efficient method.
