| Information technology(IT) industry is a high rate of attenuation of knowledge industry,the rapid development in technology,updating knowledge cycle short.Technology is still popular a few years ago,but now may be facing the threat of being eliminated.IT enterprise in a competitive rapidly changing environment,Which have more and more alternative products,industry potential competitors increasingly unpredictable,funds are no longer barriers to industry,knowledge,patents,standards and human resource has become an important industry barriers.IT enterprises on how to improve the skills of staff has become the focus.Under this background,the thesis will do some researches on the training and development problems of the IT R & D staff,and hope to provide the reference of maintaining to the training managers and making advice on IT R & D staff's training growth.The author research it from two groups,which are training managers and IT R&D staffs.And,the author chose 80 large and medium-sized IT enterprises' training managers and 102 IT R & D staff as the analysis samples from 6 cities,which are Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Hangzhou and Nanchang.Some training and development problems of the IT R & D staff have been found.Some enterprises training managers have some misunderstandings on training,no real understanding the important function of R & D staff training;Some enterprise training managers regard R & D staffs' training with higher levels,but lack of understanding of the training system, enterprises training system is less than perfect;3,Training managers and R&D staffs have great difference between some questions,exist asymmetric of information.In view of the above problems,this thesis presents:First,from enterprise managers start of training errors,one by one analysis,enterprise managers to enhance the management awareness training;Second,in view of the IT industry,introduce a training model which is enterprise coach,to help improve R&D staff training and guidance,so as to establish a mechanism for training systems.Analysis each misunderstandings of training,make enterprise managers to eliminate misunderstanding on the training,enhance enterprise managers' management awareness on training. |
