Constructing Excellent Enterprise Culture

With the new boundary-free global economy, this paper proposes the question of constructing excellent enterprise culture in China.This paper first explains the concept of the enterprise culture, analyzes the levels of the enterprise culture and its mechanism, and reviews the theories of enterprise culture to establish a foundation for the research. Then it illustrates the features of the excellent contemporary American enterprise culture, points out the problems emerging in constructing Chinese enterprise culture, and compares the differences between the American and the Chinese enterprise culture. Based on this, the paper advocates innovating enterprise culture, learning from excellent American culture creatively, and constructing excellent Chinese enterprise culture systematically. Finally the paper puts forward a few proposals about constructing excellent Chinese enterprise culture.Research conclusions: the construction of Chinese enterprise culture is yet in the primary process, and it is our urgent need to innovate and construct excellent enterprise culture. This paper proposes that we should learn from the excellent American enterprise culture creatively with the basis on the enterprise's current situation and the internal and external environmental factors. We should also inherit the essence of our traditional culture and regard it a systematic project to build up excellent enterprise culture.
