Evaluation And Optimization Countermeasures Of Coastal Urban Tourism Investment Environment

After nearly 40 years of development,tourism has gradually developed into one of China's pillar industries,which has made great contributions to economic development and the construction of a harmonious society.Most of the more mature provinces and cities in China's tourism industry are located in the eastern coastal areas.These coastal cities are close to the sea and rely on the natural and cultural landscapes of the islands and oceans to develop tourism.Although resources are already abundant,they are still far from sufficient in terms of funds compared with those needed for tourism development.In order to support the development of the tertiary industry,China has issued some preferential policies and created supportive funds,which are also partly used in the tourism industry.However,there is still a serious shortage of funds for tourism development,and China's tourism industry is still at the initial stage of development,many infrastructure and technology are not perfect,and the cycle of relying solely on independent R&D needs is too long.Therefore,there is also a need to rely on foreign funds and technologies.Moreover,in view of the current state of tourism development in China,there are still many problems,such as the inadequate use of government investment funds and their improper allocation,which have not fully brought about the benefits they deserve.And tourism-related investment financing channels are relatively few and so on.The main reason for these difficulties in the use and financing of funds is that the tourism industry has not made a complete and clear assessment before investment and development,nor has it made a detailed and feasible concrete plan for the development of tourism.Therefore,the research ideas of this paper are arranged as follows: First,this article analyzes the existing theoretical research and influencing factors in the investment environment of tourism cities,and on the basis of in-depth analysis and discussion,Construct the basic perfect investment environment evaluation index system of tourist cities;Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of tourism investment environment in coastal cities in China.Eight cities,including Dalian,Qinhuangdao,Qingdao,Lianyungang,Xiamen,Ningbo,Zhuhai and Sanya,were selected as sample objects,and the tourism investment environment of these eight coastal cities was evaluated comprehensively by means of entropy method and cluster analysis method.Thus,the tourism investment environment has an objective analysis and grasp;Finally,from the two aspects of improving the overall strategy of the coastal urban tourism investment environment and the key improvement measures of different urban investment environments,the paper puts forward countermeasures to improve the coastal urban tourism investment environment so as to enhance the attraction of attracting investment and enhance the structure of the coastal urban tourism industry.We will promote the healthy and orderly development of tourism.
