The Problems And Countermeasures Of Attracting Investment In Administrative Committee Of Shenyang National S&T Zone Of Universities

Attracting investment,an important part of economic development,is highly valued in China.Since reform and opening up,steady progress and remarkable achievements have been made in the regional attracting investment work.Administrative Committee of Shenyang National S&T Zone of Universities as the epitome of the development zone of northeast China,development since its inception has created many miracles,brings together many elements of resources,laid a good foundation for investment promotion and capital introduction.It has become shenyang,and the province's economic and social development of the industrialization base of scientific and technological achievements,and technology innovation base.Meanwhile,under the influence of globalization,competition is getting much fiercer,and the investment environment is turning more complicated.Administrative Committee of Shenyang National S&T Zone of Universities is representative in dealing with the problems of investment work.Consequently,in this paper,we took it as the research object to study the investment work in the basic development zone.Our research illustrated several drawbacks during the actual work,including lack of expertise,high cost and low efficiency.Besides,relevant policy is not attractive,and the staff lack of enthusiasm.In addition,we dig out the basic reasons behind these problems such as dislocation of government functions,assessment with no scientific standard.Moreover,unique advantage is not prominent,and mechanism and Institutional setup are not reasonable.Combined the relevant literature and the author's practical work in the first line,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the problems of attracting investment work in Administrative Committee of Shenyang National S&T Zone of Universities.Our study suggested that the role of the government in the attracting investment should be redefined,investment thinking should be shifted and own bright spot should be found,the institutional mechanisms should be optimized to serve the investment work.All these suggestions above will provide the transformation direction for Shenyang National S&T Zone of Universities,and they also provides some new ideas for the attracting investment work in the northeast area.
