Corporate competitive advantage is a great topic for both entrepreneurs and theorist. It will contribute to both the enterprise working practice and the further development of the corporate competitive advantage by investigating and finding out the core competence and the key factors to competitive advantages.Some of the entrepreneurs have encountered big difficulties on applying those good practices to their own companies. The great theories and rules which have been running successfully in the world do not really working in their specific environment. It confused the corporate leaders who are willing to improve their competitive capability---where is the start to develop core competency: product, quality, service or equipment and technology?I personally believe, to build up good and fit corporate culture is the answer to this question. The topic"Corporate Culture Management and the core competence study"will describe the close and critical relationship between them.After a careful study on corporate culture and core competence, this article strengthens the critical role corporate culture has played when develop the core competence, together with an active example to describe the driving force between them, raised the view point that, good corporate culture is the base for core competence, is the start point to develop core competence, and it is the continuous support to grow the core competence. The specialty of the corporate culture will also help to develop a core competence which differentiates the company. Meanwhile, it also mentioned the double-sided impact of the corporate culture, call for good corporate culture to strengthen the core competence, and keep the company continuous growing with outstanding character. During the study, Knowles Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd is set up as an example to describe the critical relationship, so as to be the reference to those who are interested in understanding and sharing the model.
