Since our country joins WTO, with the fast development of science and technology and the continuous progress of the economic globalization, China' s economy has been melting into the trend of the economic globalization gradually, and more and more multinational companies have been entering Chinese market, so Chinese enterprises have been facing the unprecedented competition pressure. How to raise core competence of Chinese enterprises effectively and make enterprises develop in the intense market competition, is becoming more and more important topic that all enterprises pay attention to. Corporate culture, a new theory rising in the 1980s, because of its importance to the enterprise's accomplishment over a long period of time, the theory field starts to contact corporate culture and core competence, and thinks corporate culture is one of the headspring that the enterprise keeps on the competitive advantage. As the engine, the invisible resources and the innovation motive of the enterprise development, corporate culture reflects the important characteristic of core competence, becomes the main factor of core competence and promotes the growing of core competence.But in the process of corporate culture construction and the enterprise's core competence growing, corporate culture sometimes bring about positive influence on core competence, sometimes producing the negative influence. What kind of relation exists between both of them on earth? Some economists and managements have made the research for it, but don't narrate how corporate culture positively affect the enterprise' s core competence. So, after introducing the concerning theories on the relation between corporate culture and core competence, this text discusses the relation between them in detail. Firstly, contrast the characteristic of corporate culture with the evaluation standard of core competence, and get the conclusion that corporate culture is an important part of the enterprise' s core competence. Secondly, by describing how corporate culture affects other main composing factors of core competence, think the successful corporate culture i. e. the special corporate culture is very important to raise core competence. Finally, introduce what the special corporate culture is, and concretely analyse its important function to core competence. Then by successful case, further prove this point that the special corporate culture has important function to the enterprise' s core competence. In the fourth part, mainly discuss how to set up the special corporate culture to improve the enterprise' s core competence. At first, in the preparation stage for special cultural construction, identify the current culture and the current strategy of enterprise.
