The Research On Excellent Performance Management Of Qingxian Steel Tubing Mill

When we enter the 21st century, we can find that customer demand changing fast, the technological innovation accelerating constantly, product life cycle shortening continually and the competition in the market becoming more and more severe. When we face to the realities that the world economic integration is sweeping across and the WTO protection period of transition is ending, the Chinese business industry has to resolve the following questions, how to guide development, how to deal with challenges, and how to maintain the competitive edge.This article first introduces the excellent performance management concept and the Qingxian Steel Tubing Mill's basic situation, analyzes the implementation of excellent performance management.
