With the development of the reform of the national economic system, the market competition becomes more and more drastic, and the corporate culture construction gives more and more effects. The corporate culture not only represents the style and features of the corporate spirit, but also contains the guidelines and management philosophy of the corporate. In the different phases of the corporate development, the regeneration of the corporate culture is the motivity to drive it forward. In the research literature on some excellent corporates, it is proved that nearly all the successful corporates have their own special powerful corporate culture and the corporate culture is also one of most important elements of core competenceAccording to the idiographic situation of Y design institute which the writer belongs, this dissertation makes research on how to construct corporate culture in the design institute. By the research of the corporate culture, the dissertation explores the way to construct the corporate culture, especially for the design institute in order to promote the corporate development by letting the employees get the common thought and also change the employees'conception.Firstly, this dissertation describes the meaning of corporate culture systematically, expect the development trend of the corporate culture, and makes investigation on the present situation of corporate culture of the Y design institute by the ways of interview and questionnaire to the employees. By this way, the dissertation sums up the deficiency in the corporate culture. Secondly, the dissertation analyzes the factors to cultivate the corporate culture in Y design institute from the aspects of economy system, traditional culture, influence from the industry, corporate's history and the characteristics of managers and employees. According to the idiographic situation of the typical design and research institute, the dissertation discusses the thought how to construct the corporate culture, and then sums up the following core values–"people-oriented philosophy, team work, preciseness and factualism". Finnally, the strategies to implement the corporate culture are given from the sides of system construction and humanism environment construction, and this dissertation stresses the signification of system construction in the process of culture construction in order to ensure a smooth operation of the corporate culture construction and promote the continuous development of corporate.
