M&A is the social resource reorganization,the enterprise achieve development by leaps and bounds through ways of mergering and acquisitioning,power-and-power union realizes and so on.The enterprise culture plays an important role in the merger and acquisition.It is one of the important attributes and conditions which guarantees merger and acquisition smoothly.Culture conformity is one of the key aspects which directly relates merger and acquisition conformity success or not.In this paper,starting from the research background by the culture conformity correlation theories mainly.By analysising the situation and problem of culture conformity, proposed that the pattern of culture conformity,finally given measures of raising the enterprise's culture conformity level.The paper will include five parts:The first chapter of this paper pointed out the background,purpose and significance of the research,the cultural integration,ideas and methods of research in mergering and acquisitioning.The second chapter,Elaborating the theory of cultural integration,including the theory of mergers and acquisitions,corporate culture,cultural integration and so on,in order to build a suitable theory platform to analysis the status and problems of cultural integration.Chapterâ…¢,Elaborating the status,models and problems of M & A business's cultural integration.Chapterâ…£,pointed out the model of cultural integration,including the selection principles of the cultural integration mode,the major factor which influnce the cultural integration model's choice and the implementated steps of cultural integration.To the program of cultural integration carries on assessing,co-culture and cultural recycling.Chapterâ…¤,pionted out five measures to increase the level of M & A corporate's culture integration:which should focus on their core capabilities,setting up the leading group, widely communicating,increasing the participation of staff to build an effective psychological contract staff and carry out a new culture Supervision and monitoring.
