Along with the deepening of the reform and opening-up of China,the continuous improvement of the economic system,enterprises want to survive and expand in the fierce market competition,which need to improve constantly in terms of human resource management.In human resources management,motivation and incentive mechanism are the key and core problems.For small and medium enterprises,the management and technical personnel's incentive mechanism problem is in the prominent status and very important to the enterprises' overall development strategy.Therefore,it is very important for the enterprise to do the incentive mechanism researchs.This paper selects the management and technical staffs of Shenzhen baoan district Jia An community limited liability company as its subject.It combines with the domestic and foreign research results on incentive and incentive theory,based on the way of investigating and interviewing the management and technical staffs,which founds the problems of the current internal incentive mechanism,and proposes the corresponding optimized design schemes,building a new incentive mechanism of company.In this paper,the research on the management and technician staffs' incentive mechanism of Jia An community limited liability company is divided into four parts.Firstly,it introduced the research background and research significance,puts forward the theoretical basis,and studies the research reviews of the incentive mechanism,illustrates the research contents and methods.Secondly,this paper introduces the general situation of Jia An community limited liability company in the present stage,the current incentive situation of management and technical staffs and problems of incentive mechanism.Thirdly,it puts forward the optimization scheme of incentive mechanism,proposes the overall thinking of the improvement program,puts forward the specific optimization ideas from the the three aspects of compensation,training and performance evaluation,and builds a people-oriented workplace environment.Finally,it implements and boosts the new incentive mechanism of the employees,put forwards the overall thinking,the standards,the procedures of the implementation,the security work and the auxiliary measures and the encounter obstacles and solutions in the implementation process.Through the study,the paper founds that the current incentive mechanism ofJia An community limited liability company is not in the designated position,which not plays sufficient incentive effect.Resultly,Jia An community limited liability company needs to draw on their own problems and staffs' needs,designing the fair and open incentive mechanism which is full of rich contents and forms,in order to achieve the purpose of stimulating,retaining and developing talents,so as to effectively promote the company's comprehensive strength and make the company can be in the invincible position in fierce market competition.At the same time,this paper also hopes to provide practical and effective solutions for the management of the Jia An company,and hopes to provide reference for other company's human resources management measures.
