Design And Analysis On The Web Of Supply Chain Of Tai'an Printing Factory

With economy globalization and the development of computer and telecommunication technology, enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges. In this context, the supply chain concept emerged. The supply chain concept brought forth in the late 1980s, under the push of global manufacturer and global economic integration, has been widely used and has gradually become a new management model——supply chain management. It is believed that the supply chain management is an effective model for enterprises to adapt to the global competitiveness.This study takes Tai'an Printing factory as an example, studis the supply chain management of printing industry. To win in the fierce competition, Taian printing factory should establish management system adapting to the supply chain management. Supply chain management will become a new breakthrough for Taian printing factory to gain competitive advantages.From composition of the supply chain, the article analyzises Tai'an printing supply chain management status; put forth the strategy of supply chain management for Tai'an printing factory. Specific researches are as follows:(1)Referring to the supply chain management of the research results and the successful practice of other related industries, the article studies supply chain management of printing enterprise.(2)Analysis of Tai'an printing supply chain management status, including existing problems in its supply chain management, the degree of informatization and the Tai'an factory supply chain ;(3)To implement supply chain management in Tai'an printing factory, the performance evaluation systems should to be set up. This part consists of AHP-based performance evaluation methods.(4)Finally, the article discusses the necessity,difficulties,trategy and problems and priority that should be given in Taian printing supply chain management. Although it is not possible for Taian printing factory to execute perfectly supply chain management at present, I believe with management progress and technical innovation, Tai'an printing factory will gradually impement supply chain management.Specifically, the article take Tai'an printing papers as a study object. It aims at the actual problems faced by the enterprise, links with the actual situation; focuses on the management problems in its upstream and downstream enterprises to improve the entire supply chain system's comprehensive competitiveness.The article aims to provide some reference to promote the successful application of supply chain management practices for Printing enterprises.
