The Research On The Performance Evaluation Index System Of Regional Science And Technology Innovation

Human society has entered into an important period in which technological innovation continually emerge. The global scope of the technological revolution is surging up, and high-tech innovation has become a national or regional impetus to the development of the core. In recent years, with China's rapid economic development, regional science and technology innovation has become the focus of attention, and in this process, how to measure and evaluate the results and effectiveness of the regional scientific and technological innovation, how to evaluate independent innovation in science and technology has become pressing concerns of the people. Fourth part: Region science and technology innovation achievements appraisal model applied research This part has selected our country 31 provinces/cities/area as the research object, To make these different units indicators easier to compare and evaluate, This thesis standardized processing these indicators through using SPSS software first of all, then utilized its principal components analysis function to carry on the synthesis appraisal with the sample with the aim to further improve the study.The result indicated that the condition of region science and technology uniform of each place economy development condition the, as well as our country's technical innovation condition majority still was in the essential factor tore port bestowed on the stage. At last corresponding suggestions are provides from the four aspects such as characteristic economy, essential factor innovation, technical innovation and industrial innovation in order to speed up region science and technology innovation in our country.
