The Evaluation Study On The Influence Of Qingzang Railway Instruction To Society And Economy In Tibet

This thesis analyzed Qinghai-Tibet railway's influences to Tibet areas. Using the theory and view of classical regional economic, it also evaluated the status change of Tibet economics within the entire national economy from the perspectives of location of economic activity, regional supply and demand, regional economic development, district level economic ties and regional policy and management.AHP, indistinct comprehensive hierarchy and other multi-objective decision-making techniques are used in the socio-economic impact assessment of the railway construction projects. Indistinct comprehensive hierarchy model is establishment to assess the socio-economic impact based on the analysis of the relationship between indicators by multi-objective decision-making technique. The method integrates the qualitative and quantitative analysis and focus on evaluating socio-economic impact of the project from the whole picture.Conclusion of this thesis show that: the construction of Qinghai-Tibet railway improved the regional economic basis of Tibet area in three aspects: the various resources, the scale of centralized economy, the enhanced competitive ability of regional economy. Qinghai-Tibet railway changes the determining competitive power in several aspects, such as the economic activities of Tibet, the structures of regional demands and supplies, the increasing regional economic factors. It could also provide guidance to policies making of regional economy.
