In recent years, people pay more attention on the tourism marketing as the fast tourism development situation. At the same time, each tourism scenic spot and enterprise develop fierce tourism marketing competitions to capture the tourism market source. Therefore a series of problems come out because of the shortage of effective resource integration and marketing strategy. The study on city tourism marketing emerges as the time require.This article uses the method which combines the theory exploration and the demonstration research, utilizes the related theories in the field of resource economics,tourism economics,urban economics etc. It carries on the analysis to the present situation and problems of Dalian city tourism marketing.Dalian city tourism marketing strategy is proposed under the new situation based on it. The subject part includes four parts as follows:The first part is the article theory. It summarizes the application sense in tourism marketing of tourism marketing elementary theory, newest idea of tourism marketing, resources integration theory, resources integration theory etc.The second part carries on the detailed analysis of Dalian city tourism market first ,then on the necessary analysis of Dalian tourism marketing environment. It proposes the problems in tourism marketing and then sets the orientation of present Dalian tourism market.The third part analyzes and summarizes Dalian tourism resource situation and existent problems. It approaches the way of integrated tourism resource from area and special tourism product based on above.The fourth part firstly fixes on the basic tourism marketing ideas.After analyzing and comparing the common tourism marketing pattern, it proposes "Integration marketing·Green marketing" dual tourism marketing pattern that suits for Dalian and the function reorientation of government and tourism association in tourism marketing.Finally it proposes the strategy of Dalian tourism integrated marketing. This article on the research of Dalian city tourism marketing plan enriches the tour area marketing theory. The plan is the exploration to resource integration theory in tour area marketing and has the certain reference function to Dalian city tourism marketing layout. Meanwhile it also has the certain model significance to other tour area marketing research.
