Performance Appraisal is the key link for any organizations to put the performance management into force and also a main part of incentive system. As a monopoly industry electric power enterprise has its own characters. Performance Appraisal is executed in electric power enterprise. The ways and process is not gown up. This paper based on the information of the marketing company of He Ping Power Supply Corporation, gives a detailed description and analysis of its present performance appraisal system by using the relative theories of human resources management and performance appraisal and puts forward an improved and newly-designed appraisal system. In order to gives references and edification for other power enterprise performance appraisal effective execution.The competition of power enterprise is violent. The level of management must be raised by new the ways. The article analyses He Ping company existing problems in implementation. redesigning the performance appraisal system. There are single index in old performance appraisal system. Redesigning the new system with capability, performance and attitude. Putting forward the new improved method and some guarantee ways.
