Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Enterprise Dynamic Alliances

The traditional internal corporate resources have been difficult to achieve competitive advantages since the 1990s,at the same time,the phenomenon of economic globalization,tightening costs,complementary technologies and scattering risks can not be ignored,so the dynamic alliances which based on sharing and cooperation become more and more important.Dynamic alliances have been becoming an important strategy for enterprises.With the competitive environment changing and technology transitioning,it is very necessary to evaluate the performance of dynamic alliances in order to provide an objective basis for decision-making and performance-improving of the alliances group and alliances individual.The method of research literature,the method of comparative,the method of cluster,the method of balanced scorecard and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used in this paper,focusing on the performance evaluation.First of all, it provides the background and significance for the research of performance evaluation in dynamic alliance enterprises,the meaning,classification,causing and the theoretical foundation of the dynamic alliances,and the relevant theory of performance evaluation;Secondly,it establishes the framework for the performance evaluation system,analyzing the various relevant factors which impact the performance of dynamic alliances,especially the choice of supplier partners as the key factor,establishing the performance evaluation index system from the aspects of alliances group and alliances individuals according to the characteristics of dynamic alliances and the intention of different enterprises,and using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate and analysis;Finally,it introduces a case to paper in order to make the study be more applicative,and proposes a number of suggestions to be contribute to improving the performance of dynamic alliance enterprises.
