Research On The Policy Implementation Of Closing And Rectifying Small Coal Mines In China

The ineffectiveness of closing and rectifying small coal mines policy implementation result in the plight of policies implementation. Basing on the status of China's closure and rectifying small coal mines policy implementation for research starting point, the paper uses systematical analysis method, analyzes the reason leading to the hindrance of policies implementation from the angle of interest, policy quality, policy implementation subject, target group, system, environment and proposes the path choices of China's closure and rectifying small coal mines policy implementation, namely, integrating the interests of all parts as a fundamental basis points, perfecting policy quality, enhancing the timber of the policy implementation subject, amending the behaviors of the target groups, strengthening institutional building and improving the environment of policy implementation, which need multi-angle start to achieve comprehensive management.
