Research On The Performance Evaluation System Of Commercial Bank

With the rapid development of economic globalization and finance unification nowadays, the mightiness of a country must be based on the powerful finance. However, there are still great gap between the international competitive ability of the commercial bank in China and that of large banks abroad. With the challenge of entering WTO, the reform of commercial bank must focus on the father structure and running mechanism according to the requirement of cooperation property on monetary management and modern financial enterprise institution. Thus, the establishment and consummation of personnel system, inspiriting and restricting system according with the requirement of commercial bank are necessary key points. For a bank to quick up the establishment of financial enterprise, it must boost the personnel inspiriting and restricting system focusing on this core issue.With the principal of scientific outlook on development and linking theory with practice, this paper based on the situation of China and used some advanced experience abroad. It colligates economics, banking, management and demotics etc. This paper discusses performance evaluation system of a commercial bank from the feature and future tendency of banking. Four aspects had been included of this paper, principally. First of all, it expatiated the theories and methods for performance examination in commercial banks home and abroad. Secondly, it analyzed the problems and reasons existing in performance examination in commercial banks stationed in China. Then, it brought forward to methods which involves the construction of performance examination in commercial banks stationed in China. Last but not least, it took Qingdao as an example to exemplify.The methods of performance examination and the scheme of performance examination for commercial bank which is provided on the paper, has somehow a great meanings to the commercial bank.
