Shijiazhuang Cigarette Factory Moved Technological Transformation Of Management Studies

This paper takes the relocation and renovation of the cigarette factory in Shihkiachwang (Shihkiachwang cigarette project for short hereinafter) as the main subject investigated. In the base of the research of present status and trend of development of the modern project management, the principles, key techniques and their application in Shihkiachwang cigarette project are studied in the aspects of the prior period analyze, organization layout, scope layout and control. The primary coverage of the paper is as follows:(1) Based on the research of character and connotation of the modern project management, present status and exist problems of the project management are analyzed; the importance of the application of project management methods in Shihkiachwang cigarette project is also illuminated.(2) The necessity and feasibility of the project are analyzed above all, and then the organization model and management strategy of the project is established from the point of project organization insurance, and the development scheme of the project team management is also presented in the paper.(3) Utilizing the methods of scope management, the purpose and effectiveness of the scope plan of Shihkiachwang cigarette project are illustrated, and the integrated scope layout, WBS and control strategy of the scope changes are presented, which ensure the following scheduled plan, personnel placement, and budgetary plan.The above research production has been used in the Shihkiachwang cigarette project, which proves that the manage strategies the paper presented are reasonable and practicable.
