Globalization is the 21st century international economic development in an important feature, in the future it will show its growing importance and status. For a modern enterprise, the era of economic globalization means that the true advent of enterprises will face two basic tasks: to protect their own markets and to expand overseas market, which makes the implementation of the international business strategy of the 21st century as its new mission. Economic globalization has promoted the capital, technology, knowledge and goods flow in the world, China's private enterprises have taken the country and participate in international competition provides an historical opportunity.The internationalization of enterprises operating activities is not only an economic activity, is also a kind of social and cultural activities, will experience different cultures mutual impacts of the conflict, integration process. China's private enterprises in the international cross-cultural business will always be in business process and the heterogeneity of a multi-cultural environment, especially in economically developed countries and the Western economic exchanges between the East and West cultural differences and inter-regional cultural differences in the international business will be reflected in economic activity.When Chinese enterprises for international operations when they are confronted with the parent culture is fundamentally different from that culture, and the decisions of the different cultural values, attitudes and behaviour.
