Studying object of the paper is improving the comprehensive competitiveness of china's construction enterprises. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation and theoretical study, we recognize the advantages and the main problems of enterprises competitiveness. In order to further analyze factors of enterprises competitiveness, the paper analyzes mainly from the aspects of the enterprise systems, project management, information degree and etc.This paper followed the principle of systematic, scientific, comparability, data access and independence. Five-level indicators and 13 secondary indicators are elected by using factor analysis. They are established evaluation system. Using expert assessment, the weight of each indicator is determined. Using the methods of empirical analysis and system analysis evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of the 10 listed companies. The results reflect the relative strength of the comprehensive competitiveness. The result is consistent with the actual situation. This evaluation method is feasible.In view of the current situation of enterprises competitiveness and five-level indicators (market capacity, financial capacity, technical ability, manage capacity and human capital), the paper proposes enhancing the competitiveness of construction enterprises mainly from the four aspects including marketing innovation, management innovation, technological innovation and financial capacity. Human capital included in the technological innovation and management innovation is discussed.In this paper, the main results are reflected in the following aspects: First, researching ideas reflect the competitive characteristics of the construction market. Second, it provides the scientific method for construction enterprises evaluating their competitiveness.
