Study On The Industrial Transformation And Continuous Industry Development In Eastern Region Of Jilin Province

The development of eastern part in Jilin Province is based on resource. Generally speaking, this region is in a maturity period of resources development and this period is the best period of industrial transformation. It's very important to adjust industrial structure and develop policies for sustainable development in time. This paper has collected the information about the eastern part of Jilin province and international research about industrial transformation in a wide range. The industrial transformation of the eastern part in Jilin is analyzed by industrial economics, regional economics, economic geography, regional economic geography, urban and regional planning study, and other theories.This paper is divided into four sections:The first part is about the theory of industrial transformation,which including the connotation of industry, industrial structure, industrial structural optimization, industrial transformation,the analysis of continuous industry characteristics and the choice of continuous industry.It is the theoretical basis of full text.The second part has analyzed the status of eastern part in Jilin province. It has analyzed the overview of natural and socio-economic, three major problems in regional development and four major obstacles in the process of industrial transformation.The problems are resource mining,industrial development and environmental protection.The obstacles are remote location, insufficient funds, backward in technique and the lack of qualified personnel.The third part has analyzed the strategy of industrial transformation and the choice of continuous industry in the eastern part of Jilin province. First of all it has analyzed the experience about industrial transformation in domestic and foreign resources region.Then it has analyzed six strategys of industrial transformation on the base of own problems in the eastern part of Jilin.At last it has analyzed the choice of continuous industry on the base of its own characteristics in the eastern part of Jilin.The fourth part has analyzed the overall function of eastern part in Jilin,and then it has analyzed the regional strategic focus of the development in space and industry.
