Research On The New Employee Training System In ZX Real Estate Corporation

Modern Enterprise competition is a competition of talents, Training is one way of access the talents.The article is directed by behavior theory, training in need theory, adult learning theory, training evaluation theory and other modern training theories, besides, it's also referenced by advanced training systems which implemented in domestic and overseas famous enterprises, according to the situation of ZX Real Estate Corporation, carrying out a systematically analysis on its training system.Based on collecting plenty of survey information about training demands, the article analyses the staffs training actuality and existing problems, and combining with the actual situation, to make a deep analysis on staff's training process from beginning to the end. The researches mainly refer to several aspects as follow: training demands survey, training actuality analysis, training scheme design, training effect evaluation and training implement ensuring. For the every step during the training process, the dissertation makes detailed expatiation.This paper studies the new Employee Training deeply with suitable methods and theories which can be the reference for the companies to carry out their new Employee Training.
