Study On Problems About Management Project For Rural Electric Worker

Project management is a technology that many knowledge, skill, tool, and technology applied to satisfy with the demand of project. With the development of modern technology and management thought, the meaning of project management has been extended. The innovation of rural electric management and construction of new country have made rural electric worker become more and more important in corporations for electric management. Aiming to some problem about management of rural electric workers, this paper pointed out that the management mode of rural electric workers should be improved for solving problem in actual work. The objectives are to enhance total diathesis and enthusiasm of rural electric workers by increasing of overcome, reinforce training and making the rural electric workers as an occupation. As the result, the rural electric management should be enhanced and requires of corporations to rural electric management about service and repair for circuitry should be satisfied.
