For a foreigner manufacturing company,the employees are the life force of K Company.Most employees are provided by labor dispatching company.This require the management of labor dispatching need catch the step for the development of company and also require the management of company need satisfy the real demand of employees especially most of the dispatching employees.So it is of vital importance to have a the research of the labor dispatching management,which will in turn,help to find the shortcomings in management of dispatching employee management,corresponding tactics and improve the overall management level as well.This paper intends to grasp a basic understanding on concepts of employee management,management theory and theories on company system,based on relevant theories on employees' management,which has laid the theoretical foundation for the study on the management problems of the labor dispatching.Through analyzing the current management situation of K Company,the study will summarize the existing problems,including high turnover rate issue,unperfected salary and performance system,impeditive development and promotion channel,lower enthusiasm from employees,etc.And analyze the reasons behind all these.On the basis of the analysis,the paper will put forward the target and principles of innovative project on labor dispatching management of K Company,analyze all possible influencing factors,provide four concrete innovation countermeasures,and the measures to ensure the implementation of innovation countermeasures.
