Therefore, it is necessary to reflect on its development status, the presence of risks, in order to promote the sound development of labor dispatch.Based on analyzing a lot of literature, the text introduced the interrelated theories of labor dispatching and risk management, and defined and distinguished the concept of the risk of labor dispatching. By statistical researches, we analyzed the status and the risk faced of CIIC Shenzhen cooperation on labor dispatching. Based on the assessment of the three aspects such as the risks from the rights and interests of employees, the management of employee relations and the risk of corporate management, the text come to the conclusion that the risks of CIIC Shenzhen cooperation mainly come from three areas such as external and internal of cooperation,and the dispatched workers Combined the theory of the risk of labor dispatching and the status of CIIC Shenzhen cooperation on labor dispatching, the text proposes the strategies of risk prevention and control. At first, the cooperation should improve the employment mechanism and strengthen the performance appraisal and pay attention to the risk assessment; secondly, the cooperation should focus on strengthen the horizontal linkages of community, innovate a variety of cooperation and establish mediation institutions; thirdly, the cooperation should improve the remuneration packages, strengthen staff training and establish the communication mechanism and so on. In order to ensure these strategies implemented better, CIIC Shenzhen cooperation should take the following three safeguards:(1) innovating the management model of labor dispatching;(2) improving the information management systems of labor dispatching and service processes systems;(3) building corporate culture of labor dispatching, clearing dispatch the work thinking of labor dispatching, planning and implementing scientifically, and promoting the depth of integration.Scholars always paid more attention to the theory of labor dispatching, dispatched workers and labor units than the company of labor dispatching. Based on the risk research of labor dispatching of CIIC Shenzhen cooperation, the text proposed operational strategies of risk prevention and control and the appropriate safeguards, which has a certain practical significance. |
