Practical Study Of Energy Saving And Emission Reduction Integrated Management On Power Generation Enterprises

In recent years, in the face of fierce market competition and the serious energy and environmental pressure, for the government how to guide enterprises to reduce costs and for enterprises how to implement technical innovation and strengthen management, it has become the pressing problem about whether china can build the "two types " society and whether enterprises can successfully achieve sustainable development strategy. Now the perfect combinations between energy saving voluntary agreement and benchmarking will be expected to solve this problem.At first this paper analyzes the situation of energy saving and emission reduction that the power generation erterprises face, and combines with example of Xiang Tan power plant. It uses energy saving voluntary agreement practice evaluation model to analyse and find out the problem and give the corresponding improvement measures. This paper combines with energy saving ideas, benchmarking management and energy saving voluntary agreement for actual operation. It would bring a new method for power generation enterprises to save energy and reduce emission.
