The thesis aims at redesign the training system to establish a perfect and systemic training and guarantee system, which therefore may solve a good many problems for current FNT human resources training. Through investigation and analysis about human resources acquality and training system of FNT—a private enterprise, and the research of the current existing problems and by applying training theory about human resources management and the SWOT method about enterprise strategic management, the thesis focuses on the overall strategic development goals, especially the development goal on human resource strategy. The new redesigned systems will help the employees play their inner potential, improve the working enthusiasm an creativity, which may offer a guiding training model for FNT's strategic goal so as to improve the learning and competitiveness and to promote the stable and well-coordinated development of FNT. |
