Empirical Study Of Dynamic Capabilities And Relation Quality And Cooperative Performance

At present, with the economy becoming more and more global, the competitive environment that enterprises face is becoming more and more complex; Competition is also becoming more and more intense. The view of traditional core capabilities has developed into dynamic capability perspective. Dynamic capability is the fundamental driving force and source of obtaining sustainable competitive advantages for enterprises. In this paper, the effect of dynamic capabilities to relation quality and cooperative performance is studied. And whether relation quality has a mediate effect on the relationship between dynamic capability and cooperative performance is also been tested.First, the correlate theories of the dynamic ability and the relation quality and the cooperation achievements are commented, each dimension of research variable is summarized, based on the meter obtained questionnaire is designed. Second, manufacturing enterprises of shaan xi are the researched objects, After doing a two-stage study, small sample investigation and large sample investigation, the reliability and the validity of the variables used in this paper are tested, after a structural equation model is built, the complete mediation model about dynamic capabilities and relation quality and cooperative performance is established and analyzed. using the structural equation modeling, the four conditions that to confirm the mediation are discussed in the paper. the regression among satisfaction, trust, commitment and dynamic capability are conducted and the loadings are significant; the regression among cooperative performance and dynamic capability is conducted and the loadings is significant; the regression among satisfaction, trust, commitment and cooperative performance are conducted and the loadings are significant; The regression among cooperative performance, dynamic capability, satisfaction, trust and Commitment. The outcomes of the tests show that satisfaction, trust, commitment fully mediated the relation between dynamic capability and cooperative performance. It is found out that, dynamic capabilities have positive impact on relation quality; relation quality has positive impact on cooperative performances; Dynamic capabilities have positive impact on relation quality. Satisfaction and trust and the Commitment play a completely intermediary role between the dynamic ability and the cooperation achievements.
