The Research On Urban Agglomeration Coordinated Development Based On The View Of Freedom In China Wetern Area

Since reform and opening up, following market economy development, and mass improvement on industrialization and urbanization, Chinese cities structure, function and geographical gauge are keeping evolving under interaction between gather and spread mechanism, which lead to some urban agglomerations with high level on industrialization and urbanization and closely interaction in the internal part at superior places. Urban agglomeration has been a fundamental form of regional economical space currently. However, there are many bad phenomenons such as low level repeated construction, polarization of society, deficiency of resources, inefficient utilization of resources, and deterioration of the ecological environment, especially, one of the most visual manifestation of which is urban agglomeration internal conflict of interest between cities has become increasingly acute, inter-urban development gap is widening. All these greatly restrict the urban agglomeration advantages and functions of the effective play. So, the study for agglomeration coordinated development is great significant for the promotion of China's urban agglomeration and even for the whole operation of the national economic and social progress and stability.As a complex system of economy and society, the research coordinated development of Urban agglomeration should be carried on to evaluate quantitatively the coordinated development condition of urban cluster firstly, inorder to understand the urban agglomeration clearly and launch more following research, and then promote urban agglomeration to coordinating development. Therefore, this article summaried the theories of urban agglomeration and coordinated development firstly. Based on those theories, we proposed the new view of evaluation urban agglomeration coordinated development—freedom as development, and then definite the conception and objection of urban agglomeration coordinated development. After that,we described the urban cluster coordinated development perfect condition with the mathematical linguistics and established urban agglomeration coordinated development indicator system under the new angle of view to inspecte condition of the urban agglomeration development. There were two inspection goal : one was total quantity level of sustentive freedom of social members's in internal urban cluster;The another was the ditribution of sustentive freedom social members's of in internal urban cluster. Based on theoretical analysis of urban agglomeration coordinated development, we take China western area urban cluster for example. When we took the urban cluster with maximum total sustentive freedom among western area as inspection standard and compared the western area urban cluster with vertical analysis. The standand of distribution structure goal is the smallest gap of sustentive freedon of city inspection. The overall characteristic reflected by Gini's coefficient in this article. And then we decomposited the Gini's coefficient to expression degree of factor caused inorder to analysis reasons. At the end of this article, we analysised existence question and gave the corresponding Countermeasure to promote coordinated development of western area urban agglomeration.
